Completed and passed the Lead Auditor 5-Day training program of ISO27001 Information Security System Standards from British Standards Institution in Mar 2021.
Conducted over 100+ consulting projects in different sectors, particularly in education (e.g., Shanghai National Accounting Institute), healthcare, retails (omni-channels), MNCs (including Walmart, adidas, Estee Lauder, etc.), governments and international organizations.
Co-led and worked closely with the internal team in the World Bank, Washington, DC, USA to provide facilitation of workshops, development of governance and policy, and consultancy work among global client engagements.
Led a team of KM consultants for a knowledge management assessment project from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria.

Deployed a strategy of selling optical eye frames on top of sunglasses which increased the sales from 8 million pairs to over 12 million pairs of eye frames within one year.
Spearheaded a team of 5 staff to develop and execute a supplier scorecard system, allowing for company-wide managing over 50+ factories within 6 months instead of the projected 12.
Trevor Lui has been appointed as a knowledge management and data curation course instructor for the Master of Science degree in Library Science - Information Management (MLIM) in the Faculty of Education, and as the Adjunct Assistant Professor for the Master degree program of Global Management (MGM) in the Faculty of Business and Economics, the University of Hong Kong.
